Friends Of Spyder First Time Out

Well our first drive day has been and gone. We had 10 cars, and 15 people, eventually attend! Apart from the cold we had very good weather and conditions. After a later than planned start we arrived in Willow Grove for coffee and a chat then on to Walhalla. We spent some time looking around the town, which has a permanent population of 20, yes 20, and was only connected to the power mains in 1998! Most of us had breakfast and coffee and we returned the way we had gone, the only problem we had was a Motorbike that was overtaking another over a crest, he and I were looking face to face at each other! Fortunately there was enough space to move out of his way! The rest of the day was uneventful but, much fun, was had by all!
