Then on the performance side of things this is where the fun is, replacing the 2.7 litre engine is a 3.2 short stroke version of the 3.0 litre SC aluminium unit. Instead of using the original CIS injection system we used a Wolf V500 set up to run sequentially, using a standard 3.2 Carrera manifold with internal modifications. This has proven to be very successful making a very usable 240 hp with a very flat torque curve! If that isn’t enough it is actually much better with fuel economy to go with it! What a bonus! what a tranformation.
